My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were not as cool as I would have liked and felt a bit dated despite the comfy beds, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, but the dining experience left much to be desired with limited service. The facilities were decent overall, with room for improvement in certain areas.

The hotel was a letdown for the money spent; the room lacked essentials like a microwave and the lack of AC made the stay unbearable. However, the hotel is well-located with easy access to various shopping centers. Service was patchy with slow response to requests, and although security was good, amenities like coffee refill were lacking.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is placed conveniently near all the essentials and offers a great ambiance. The rooms were spacious and cozy, but the slight musty smell was a letdown. The service was exceptional, especially in handling booking issues swiftly. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, with incredibly tasty homemade pasta. However, the facilities need a bit of a makeover, particularly new carpets throughout the hotel.
